At this time, our office has made the determination to close for in-office appointments (this does not include telemedicine appointments), until further notice.

We would like our patients to know that we are closely monitoring the local, state and federal information regarding the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. If there are any mandates that will affect our hours or operations in any way, we will let patients know as soon as possible.
Our office is taking everyone’s safety seriously and we have implemented increased cleaning & disinfectant measures to ensure that we do our best to maintain our patients’ safety while in our office.
