We are happy to announce that our office will be re-opening for in-office appointments on Monday, May 11, 2020.
In order to best help provide a safe environment for our patients, staff and Providers, we will have the following policies in place:
- We ask that patients with appointments to please call our office, from your car upon arrival. One of our staff members will come to your car to ask COVID-19 screening questions, as well as to provide your paperwork for you to complete.
- If you are being transported to our office via a transport service, or have another extenuating circumstance, you will be able to wait in our lobby area, however, we ask that you adhere to social distancing guidelines.
- When an exam room is available at your appointment time, our office will call you to let you know that you may come into the office at that time.
- We ask that all patients/guests who will be coming to our office, please wear a mask during your entire visit in our office.
